VI. TREASURER RECOMMENDATIONS:

A. Approval of the minutes from the following Board of Education meetings:

(1) Work Session on November 10, 2017
(2) Regular Meeting on November 17, 2017

B. Approval of the following Financial Statements for November 2017 as submitted:

C. Motion authorizing the Treasurer to renew membership in the Ohio School Boards Association for 2018 and to renew subscriptions to the BRIEFCASE and SCHOOL MANAGEMENT NEWS for 2018.

D. Motion to accept the donation of $25,000 from Medical Mutual.

E. Motion authorizing the Treasurer to make an additional contribution in calendar year 2018 to the health savings accounts of AFSCME and FEA employees participating in the high deductible health plan. Contribution amounts should be $732 for family plans and $288 for single plans.
F. Motion to thank, and accept, the donation to the Jack and Carolyn Markoff Endowment Award Fund from the following individuals:

XII. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS

XIII. Motion to go into Executive Session for the purpose(s) of:

_____ a) consideration of the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion or compensation of an employee, student, or school official

2. a unanimous quorum of the Board or its subcommittee determines, by a roll call vote, that the executive session is necessary to protect the interests of the applicant or the possible investment or expenditure of public funds to be made in connection with the economic development project
