The Fostoria Board of Education met for regular BOE meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, April 20, 2015 at the Fostoria Junior/Senior High School.

The meeting was called to order by President Dr. Guernsey with the following members present: Mr. Grine, Mr. Sheak, Ms. Stannard, Mr. Thompson, and Dr. Guernsey

Mr. Sheak moved to approve the following Treasurer recommendations:

MOTION NO. 15-054 EXECUTIVE SESSION
Mr. Sheak moved to go into Executive Session at 6:15 p.m. for the purpose(s) of:

• Consideration of the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion or compensation of an employee, student, or school official

• Investigate charges or complaints against a public employee, official, licensee, or student unless such employee, official, licensee or student requests a public meeting; except that consideration of the discipline of a Board member for conduct related to the performance of his/her duties or his/her removal from office shall not be held in executive session

Mr. Thompson seconded the motion and on roll call the vote was: Mr. Sheak, aye; Mr. Thompson, aye; Mr. Grine, aye; Ms. Stannard, aye; and Dr. Guernsey, aye. The president declared the motion passed.

At 8:55 p.m. the Board members left Executive Session. The president declared the meeting back in session.

MOTION NO. 15-055 ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business Mr. Grine moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:56 p.m.
