The Fostoria Board of Education met for a regular meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, July 20, 2015.

The meeting was called to order by President Dr. Guernsey with the following present: Ms. Stannard, Mr. Thompson, and Dr. Guernsey.

Mr. Grine and Mr. Sheak were absent.

MOTION NO. 15-109 ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT AND SECRETARIAL CONTRACTS

Wages: “payable, upon receipt of time slips, over 24 equal pays per year.”

MOTION NO 15-114 STIPEND KIM BUTCHER
Mr. Thompson moved to approve a $1,500 stipend to Kim Butcher, Fiscal/Payroll, for additional duties relating to grant coordination, effective August 1, 2015.

At 7:18 p.m. the Board members left Executive Session. The president declared the Board back in session.
